In accordance with 34/2002 LSSICE (electronic commerce and information society service regulations) information is provided on the following legal aspects of the Web:

Within the compliance framework of the current legislation regarding Personal Data Protection, as stated in the Organic Law 15/1999 13th December (LOPD), the object of which is to guarantee and protect the treatment of personal data, the fundamental rights of private individuals, particularly as regards honour and personal privacy, PROGRES inform the User of the following::

• Any personal data the User provides by filling in the contact form or any other means will become part of the files under the ownership of PROGRES which will be duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Authority. Refusal to provide details classed as obligatory, marked by an asterisk (*) on the data collection form, or explicit and clear refusal to accept the conditions of the present privacy policy means it will be impossible to provide the service requested by the User.

• The aim of the processing is to provide the services as specified by the User, to correctly identify the User requesting customized services, to carry out statistical studies in order to improve the services offered, to handle basic administration tasks, as well as to provide information, by e-mail or any other means, of anything new, products and services related to PROGRES or associated third party companies, which may be of interest to the User (the last task always identified as such).

• PROGRES is commitment to treating all User data with confidentiality and will only be passed on to third parties (by third party we mean “Companies associated with PROGRES to supply specific services to PROGRES customers” in order to provide the services requested by the User. In any event prior consent will be requested from the User.

• The User will be held responsible, in any event, for the truth and accuracy of the information provided. PROGRES reserves the right to deny registered services to any User providing false information, retaining the right to the remaining actions stipulated by Law. 

• PROGRES declares all measures within the company’s means have been taken to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data provided by the User, according to the level of security applicable, in the company’s installations, systems and files, in accordance with Title VIII of the LOPD regulations (Royal Decree 1720/2007, 21st December ). However, Users must be aware the current Security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

• The  User will be exercise rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition recognised by  LOPD legislation, of by filing an application, in writing, addressed to PROGRES, the company’s registered office in Polígon Industrial, C/ de la Coma, 2 25243 El Palau d'Anglesola | Lleida | España or by e-mail to info@progres.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing documents confirming your identity.
